AAR STANDARD BRAKE SYSTEM

System Introduction

Type MAC brake system is in accordance with requirements of AAR Standard for brake system .Air Brake System MAC has good effects within the range scope from -40℃ to +66℃,Performances of this brake system on fixation text platform of 150 trains:common propagation rate of 180m/s ,emergency braking propagation rate of 280m/s,release propagation rate of more than 150m/s .

System Configuration

The general configuration of Air Brake System MAC:control valve MAC,KZF-1 empty/loaded changeover valve,Equalizing reservoir,254X305-A brake cylinder,Combined auxiliary and emergency reservoir,ZT3-500 slack adjuster,combined dirt collector and branch pipe cut-out cock,angle cock ,air hose and Retainer valve etc.

    Holding the valve hand to rotate through the pressure, the retainer valve has three different function positions to control the pressure exhaust velocity of the brake cylinder during releasing .
